Standard loft conversion of semi detached house in Loughton undertaken by Installpro. Managed by Marek Olszewski person also responsible for plans , drawing and design. Structural engineer was involved for steel beams sizes and calculations. Installpro company undertaken all necessary Part P required electrical works which is new sockets ring circuit , radial lighting for new staircase , extra low voltage for bathroom down lights as well interlinked smoke alarms on each floor staircase. Installpro was also responsible for new bathroom plumbing and waste connection as well central heating connections.
